Privacy Policy

Sunday Pro Inc. d/b/a Loqol (“Loqol,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use Loqol’s websites, messaging interfaces (iMessage, SMS, WhatsApp), mobile and web applications, AI-powered experiences, MLS listing tools, and any related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies to Services that link to or reference it. It describes:

1. The types of personal data we collect;
2. How we use it;
3. How we share it; and
4. Your rights and choices.

“Personal Data” means any information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. Examples include:

• Name, address, email, phone number;
• Login details and account credentials;
• Payment details (processed via PCI-compliant providers);
• Property details, listing photos, disclosures, or transaction information you submit;
• Communication records (texts, emails, chats with Charlie, our AI agent);
• Device identifiers, IP address, browser info, or geolocation (if you enable location services);
• Marketing preferences.

1. Information You Provide

• When you create an account or list a property (property details, disclosures, photos, pricing).
• When you communicate with Charlie or our support team via chat, SMS, or email.
• When you pay for Services (processed securely by third-party payment processors we do not store payment card numbers).

2. Information We Collect Automatically

• Log and usage data (browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring site).
• Cookies and analytics (Google Analytics or similar) to understand traffic and improve Services.
• Device and mobile identifiers when using SMS, iMessage, or apps.

3. Information From Third Parties

• Public property records and MLS data.
• Vendor partners (e.g., photographers, inspectors, escrow/title).
• Referral partners (if you join our referral or affiliate programs).

We use your Personal Data to:

• Deliver Services (MLS listings, disclosures, AI-powered workflows).
• Communicate with you (transactional notices, SMS/iMessage updates, marketing emails).
• Process payments and subscriptions.
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud.
• Screen and filter buyer inquiries.
• Improve and personalize our AI agent Charlie’s performance.
• Market Loqol to you (with your consent, where required by law).
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., real estate regulations, recordkeeping).

When you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive transactional and conversational text messages from Loqol related to your real estate transaction, including appointment and showing coordination, document and disclosure notifications, listing status updates, vendor scheduling, and replies from your agent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never sold or shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies based on your transaction activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@loqol.ai. See our Terms of Use for full SMS program terms.

We may share your Personal Data with:

• MLSs and real estate portals (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc.) for listing syndication.
• Vendors and service providers (e.g., escrow, inspectors, stagers) when you choose to use them.
• Payment processors (Stripe, etc.) for billing.
• Analytics providers for site improvement (we never share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes).
• Legal authorities when required to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights.
• Business transactions (e.g., sale, merger, acquisition) in which your data may be transferred.

We do not sell Personal Data.

MLS Data

Data obtained through MLS feeds is used solely for permitted IDX display purposes in accordance with applicable MLS rules and data license agreements. We do not sublicense, redistribute, or use MLS data to create or contribute to competing real estate databases. Upon termination of any MLS data license, we will promptly cease use of the licensed data and remove it from our systems in accordance with the terms of that license.

We operate in the United States. If you access Services outside the U.S., your data will be processed in the U.S., which may not have the same protections as your country.

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., California CCPA, GDPR in the EU, or other state privacy laws), you may have rights to:

• Access or receive a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete data (subject to legal/transactional retention obligations).
• Opt out of marketing communications.
• Opt out of sale/sharing of Personal Data (we do not sell Personal Data).
• Restrict or object to certain processing.

We implement physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your Personal Data, including encryption, access controls, and contractual requirements for vendors. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with laws, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. For MLS and transaction-related records, retention may be required under state real estate laws. MLS data obtained under a data license will be removed upon termination of that license as described in Section G.

Our Services are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete the information.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in;
• Analyze site traffic;
• Measure ad performance;
• Improve user experience.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some Services may not function properly.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to request details about what data we collect, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of sharing for targeted advertising.

Other U.S. States (e.g., CO, VA, CT, UT): Similar rights may apply.

EU/UK Residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and portability of your data.

We may update this Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our site. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated.
